Refund Policy
We want users to have a good experience with BlueDrama. Refund requests may be reviewed within 30 days of purchase.
Refund approval depends on eligibility, account activity, subscription usage, and payment status.
Refunds may not be available if the user has already used a significant amount of premium content, violated our Terms of Service, shared account access, or abused the refund system.
If a refund is approved, premium access may be removed immediately.
To request a refund, users must contact support with their account email, payment date, and reason for the request.
Subscription cancellation is different from a refund. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments.
